Our new retail store in Louisville, Kentucky is off to a great start with many friends and new patrons visiting us during the holidays and sampling our all-natural
pork, beef and lamb products. In fact, we shipped whole hams from New York to South Carolina on the East coast and from Texas up to Quebec in the Canadian territory for the holidays. Our cooking instructions must have done the trick, as we did not have any last minute calls of "How do we cook this Kentucky ham?" With the news concerning beef products in the paper and television lately, we at Happy Hollow Farms would like to assure you and your family that our pork, beef and lamb products are all-natural. No animal by-products are feed to our animals. You can be confident in the integrity and continued safety of all items in our program. We offer the best, safest and cleanest meats available. We value our relationships with our caterers, our chefs, our individual customers and our friends and will maintain the high standards of quality you have come to expect from Happy Hollow Farms. If you have any questions concerning our complete line of meat products, just give us a call. We are happy to help you in any way to provide the very best items for your family's dinner table. What better way to assure yourself of the quality of meat products served at your home than to use Happy Hollow Farms as your family meat purveyor? Food Editor for the Features section of The Courier Journal, Sarah Fritschner, provided some of her favorite suppliers in her article "In Search of Great Food" on Friday, December 26, 2003. Happy Hollow Farms was mentioned as "a great source of good farm-raised pork" and our new website was provided to those of you who do not know us personally yet. She spoke of the fact that finding better food is worth the extra effort. We agree, your dishes are only as good as the ingredients you use in them. It will result in a healthier, safer and tastier meal if you follow this rule. Resolve to eat better this year, the time you take in selecting better ingredients will prove to be worth the effort. Happy Hollow Farms will be hosting Lori Lyles, Health Reporter for WAVE-TV this month. Stay tuned to hear what she has to say about our all-natural pork, lamb and beef items. And if you know of someone you think should help us spread the word of Happy Hollow Farms, drop us a note, we will be sure to follow up. SUSAN REIGLER's restaurant review, "Dining at The Patron" published in the January 17, 2004 issue of the Courier Journal, speaks highly of the Kentucky Heritage steak and Happy Hollow pork chop.
